Our library is a bright attractive place that is open from 8.00 am to 4.15pm every day.
Students are able to borrow books, magazines and other resources for educational and recreational purposes. They can also read , work or research in a pleasant environment where they have access to numerous computers that are connected to the school network and the internet.
The library staff organize and run fun lunchtime activities for students on a weekly basis.
Bookweek
Bookweek is an annual event which we will be celebrating during the week commencing 24th August. Our guest speakers will be poet Myron Lysenko and author Scot Gardner. For more information on Scot go to www.scotgardner.com/home.htm

Victorian Premiers Reading Challenge
Interested Lalor North students in years 7 to 10 can participate in this challenge by completing some paperwork and reading 15 books, 10 of which must be from the Challenge booklist. They then log on to www.education.vic.gov.au/prc to enter details of the books read.
